Cerros Empolvados is a region in Just Cause 4.
Description[]
It is a small region in the north-western part of the desert biome. The region only has two towns: Hermosa and Nueva Vida. They are relatively small towns giving the region a speculated population of around 300 people.
The region borders Acantilados in the north and Las Tormentas in the east.
Prospero Tanques is here. It's an important factory that produces tanks for the Black Hand.
Infrastructure[]
The regions infrastructure is surprisingly good considering the region is in the desert. The main railroad in Solís goes through here.
The region is connected to the southern part of the country by three bridges going over the canyon.
The roads in the region are in good condition and there is plenty of them for such a small region.

Geography[]
The regions elevation varies. On the western coast the land is about sea-level and the further you go into the region the higher the altitude gets. On the coast of the canyon river the altitude is pretty high being around 300 meters from the bottom of the canyon The regions highest point is near Prospero Tanques at around 400 meters high.
The region has plenty of water since it is on the coast and is on the canyon river.
