The Confetti Piñata is a unique type of destructable objects in Just Cause 4.
Description[]
A piñata is a small fragile animal statue that is filled with contents that are meant to be released by breaking the statue. This is done as a part of celebrations for random events. The custom of making these is originally from southern Europe, from the middle ages, but was later introduced to the Americas. In modern times piñatas are most common in Mexico.
Spawning normally[]
In Solís, they are filled with confetti.
As small destructibles, they can be destroyed. Confetti piñatas are incredibly fragile - any amount of damage, no matter how small, will destroy them, making them explode in a small burst of colorful confetti.
There are several types of these in Solís, all depicting random animals.
From the supply drop[]
Piñatas ordered from the supply drop are visually identical, but function differently in the sense that they explode when damaged.
Surprisingly, the explosion of an exploding piñata is very large, over 20 meters in diameter. Maximum damage output (as measured at the center of the explosion) is almost twice as powerful as that of a "standard" explosion.
Locations[]
- In an ancient water cistern in the mission The Secret History of Solís, where it must have been placed by Javi Huerta, or one of his assistants.
- At most towns and villages in the desert and grasslands biomes. They are often found on tables. If it turns out that they're present at nearly all civilian settlements, then there is no need to list them all here.
- 5 on a table at Aguaclara.
- 3 on a table at Tres Esquinas.
