The Dame de la Mer Yacht is a vehicle in Just Cause 4.
Appearance[]
It's a large civilian motorboat with a big inaccessible compartment at the front and an open deck at the back. There are two propellers and one motor.
There's a sort of mast in the middle that's shaped like an upside down U. This has antennas on it. Similar real boats can use it to hold up an optional soft clear plastic roof and walls for rain and storm proofing.
The rear end has 4 black balloons stored in a special frame. These are hung over the edges of boats at ports to prevent damage when the boat moves against the dock, or other boats. Similar balloons can be seen deployed on the Kerner Brise 42.
Performance[]
The turning circle is so big that unless the boat is at open sea, it's normally a lot better to do a 3 point turn than a U-turn. The maximum nitrous speed can only be reached for a moment and by the time nitrous have recharged, the speed will have fallen back to the normal maximum speed.
- Maximum speed on flat water with out nitros: 47 knots (87 km/h).
- Maximum speed on flat water with nitros: 86 - 88 knots (159 - 163 km/h). This is inconsistent and depends on the water smoothness and possibly a few more things.
- Maximum reverse speed: 20 - 23 knots (37 - 42.5 km/h), depending on nitrous usage.
Locations[]
- In water traffic.
- Sometimes parked without a operator at settlements which require this boat to be sailed through as part of a Garland King stunt.
- Three are parked at Puerto Espada.
- At a dock at Watasumag.
- Can be unlocked for the supply drop by completing the Prospero Balística boat stunt.
Trivia[]
- Just Cause 4 reuses many Just Cause 3 vehicle models. This one seems to be a copy of Dame de la Mer 99.
