David Hoang is a character in Just Cause 3.
Career[]
He worked for the eDEN Corporation.
Two dead bodies with his name on it can be found in the eDEN Airship, both of which are in the labs which can be seen at the end of the mission Severance. There he is one of the scientists who froze to death after the Eden AI lowered the temperature to -50°C.

Trivia[]
- He is based on the real person David Hoang who was an animator who worked on Just Cause 3. This makes the dead scientist one of the Easter Eggs in Just Cause 3.
