He is the radio host at the General's News Network.
While reporting the news, he often mentions facts about his own situation and asks help from the audience. He reveals that he is being detained at an unknown prison somewhere in Medici and that the guards often hold him at gunpoint. He has also mentioned that the Medici authorities have also kidnapped unspecified other celebrities for this kind of use, thereby indirectly confirming that he is likely playing himself.
He is not actually named in the game and is only identified by his iconic voice and accent.
After the last military facility in Medici was destroyed/"liberated" by Rico Rodriguez, he will go on the General's News Network and act as though everything is fine, but then quickly break down after realizing he will likely never be found, and instead of the usual "Vive Medici", he instead starts screaming "VIVE ME! VIVE ME! ME! ME! ME! Medici can go STUFF itself."
After Son of Medici, after he says that Di Ravello is taking "some much-needed me time", he is never heard from again, leaving his fate unknown.
