Descansito is a location in Just Cause 4.

Description

Quote from the map marker: "Descansito is an unassuming, but relatively successful commune. Few inhabitants earn a wage."

It's a small village, surrounded by large rivers and multiple waterfalls. This means that the air here would realistically be very moist.

The village consists of 6 low-end wooden houses, the ruins of a seventh house, a small dock to a small lake, a bigger dock to a river and one of the smallest civilian airfields in Solís. The airfield has a weapon crate.

The village is split into two areas, connected to each other by a foot path with stairs.

Every other person here seems to be a tourist, so accommodating their stay might just be the main source of money here.

One of the houses is equipped with some type of advanced heat exchanging system.

• Boat Stunt - Pass through the ring in a Fishing Boat. This stunt unlocks said vehicle for supply drop.
• Wingsuit Stunt - Wingsuit through all rings under 5 seconds.

Trivia

• Descansito is Spanish for "rest".
• It doesn't really make sense to have a large fishing boat for such a small lake, because there wouldn't be enough fish to catch for a boat of that size to be worth using. If anything, the only reason why the fishing boat is here is for the stunt.
• The small lake should have clear water. Water only becomes muddy when there's something like rapid flow, or a waterfall that loosens the dirt and mixes it into water. In a lake all the dirt would settle out.
