El Qisa is a town in Just Cause 4.

Description[]

In-game description: "A centuries-old community when a local colonial governor officially recognized it as a township in 1652."

It is a large town with multiple large houses and a small slum in the outskirts of the town.

Qisa can be translated from Quechua as "Accumulation" or "Crowd", appropriate for its relatively large size. It seems to be one of the more well-off towns in the rainforest biome of Solís, save for rich cities like Quya. The town also has a bus stop, which is odd since almost no buses go through the rain forest. Also the bus stop timetable seems to have town names from Just Cause 3.

JC4 bus timetable

The bus timetable found in the bus stop of the town. The same one can be found in bus stops in Just Cause 3 and other bus stops in Just Cause 4.

The town has a speculated population of around 750, making this place one of the largest towns in the rain forest. The town also has around 60 houses, most of them being built in an old South American style.

The town oddly does not seem to have any shops, meaning most of the residents probably get their goods from the nature or from the nearby city of Watasumag.

Location[]
