The Cutler Bullhorn is a vehicle in Just Cause (1).

Appearance[]

It's a 1980's style van with multiple side windows in the rear. It resembles a 1970s to 80's Chevy camper van. Always in a two-tone paint combination, where one color is always white. There's an extra steel bar at the front, as an improvement to its bumper.

It's made by the fictional Cutler company.

Performance[]

It has an average top speed and good handling, but it's very slow off-road. Effectively it is the best van in the Just Cause game series.

Versions and locations[]

They're all white in the middle.

Obtaining the Military Bullhorn[]

This has been confirmed only on PC due to a glitch that allows Rico to properly use Guerilla 1 safehouse garage even before it is unlocked.

  1. Start a new game. At the beginning of the mission, it is imperative for Rico to land on the road to the south of the Drop Zone. If he gets too close to Tom, then he will be unable to drive away with the Bullhorn as abandoning Tom causes the mission to fail.
  2. Walk towards the beach only until San Esperito Military troops spawn, then stop right there.
  3. Turn around and face the road. Up to around 3 Bullhorns will spawn. They are scripted to only stop near Tom, but it is possible to Hijack it. Rico won't be able to enter the vehicle, but this will prompt the vehicle to stop soon after and the occupants will exit.
  4. Kill the government troops before the Bullhorn takes too much damage, then drive to any safehouse (Guerrilla 1 is the closest) and stash it in the garage. When that is done the mission can be continued normally.
