The Taxi is a vehicle in Just Cause (1).

Apperance

Given San Esperito's stunning scenery, it's not a surprise that the island is home to a fleet of convertible taxis. The Taxis have the same type of wheels as the Cutler-Randall Arrowhead and Chevalier Street Bird De Luxe, except with stylish white wall tires. A nice way to see the island, even if you're not really on it as a tourist. You can use it for free, by entering through the right front door (works for all cars). Just don't touch the vehicle controls, or Rico will hijack it.

The front resembles the real world Checker Marathons and the rear looks like a 1930s luxury car. It might be the most detailed civilian vehicle.

Performance

It's not a sports car, so it's not very fast, but it gives a pretty smooth ride and doesn't drift easily. Even at a high speed the engine can hardly be heard.

• Every Taxi has the same license plate, which reads R6ICW-21.
