In-game description: "A popular place to ditch your car if it's broken down or incriminating."
It's a small civilian settlement, either a large village or a small town. with a few shops, a relatively big junkyard and an additional smaller junkyard, which is fitting considering it's description. It has two or three houses, which means it probably only has about 20 inhabitants.
