Guardia Massos II is a military base in Just Cause 3.
Description[]
It's a very small base, the only purpose of which seems to be to have fenced compound for 2 helicopters. The base has one big building and is equipped with a SAM launcher.
The in-game map description states: "Medici's skies are among the safest in the world, due to no small part to outposts like Guardia Massos II, which launches routine patrols and scrambles choppers to assist in frequent uprisings throughout Massos."

Near the north-east corner of Insula Dracon. Very close to the sea, but there's no way to reach the sea, because of the large rocks along the coast.
