Guardia Plagia II is a military outpost in Just Cause 3.

Description[]

Guardia Plagia II

The in-game map description states: "Along with discipline, the secret to Di Ravello's constant victories over The Rebellion is constant, uninterrupted communication. Guardia Plagia II helps connect forces throughout Plagia."

According to its in-game map description, Guardia Plagia II serves as a communications outpost, with a Radio Mast and three Doppler Radars. It looks the same as other communications outposts.

Just outside of its borders is a small airfield, complete with two paved intersecting runways, a helipad and a disproportionately large air traffic control tower. The two runways are connected via a thin taxiway to a small hard-standing for two Urga U17 Akrobats. Located elsewhere on the base are three tall fuel silos, several fuel pumps, lots of shipping containers and two usual buildings. However, note that patrol vehicles from the outpost will sometimes appear on the airfield.

This is one of the most realistic airports in the game, containing taxiways, aprons, an air traffic control tower (although in real life an airport of the size wouldn't need one as big, because there would be few traffic).

Location[]

The outpost is located in the center of Plagia in the Insula Fonte region. It is in close proximity to the military outpost of Guardia Plagia I and the town of Surpicco.

Trivia[]

  • Outside the airport are two signs. Unlike the majority of signs in Medici, these are in English.
  • This is the only military settlement that unlocks a shooting range upon liberation.
  • Interestingly, even before liberating this settlement, rebel soldiers can be seen hanging out by the shooting range.
