Description

Guardia Sirocco III is a small outpost, which according to the in-game map, is used for communication. It's very small with just the normal entrance building, but it has a large Communications Mast.

The in-game map description states: "Along with discipline, the secret to Di Ravello's constant victories over the Rebellion is constant, uninterrupted communication. Guardia Sirocco III helps connect forces throughout Sirocco."
