Gunung Lapik is a military base in Just Cause 2.
Description
It's classified as an airport on the PDA map, but that's not what it really is. The only aircraft is the AH-33 Topachula. It's more of a usual small military base, having mostly barracks and trucks. The translation of the base name is "Covered Mountain" and "Mount the Plinth" in Indonesian.
Regarding the status of this base...perhaps something went wrong during development? Either this military base was supposed to be a airport or the airport icon was supposed to be a base icon? It is possible this base had its name and icon swapped with Pulau Dongeng by an accident.
