Helipuerto Kunka is a location in Just Cause 4.
Description[]
In game description: "A Black Hand heliport that launches patrols throughout Kunka."
The heliport is very small, being only 100 meters long and 60 meters wide. The heliport has 2 buildings on the concrete block it sits on with the larger one being an office and the smaller one being a maintenance/storage building. Supplies are scattered all over the heliport with some boxes being on the helipad while others are near the two buildings. A Weapon Crate can be found near the smaller building.
The heliport is not situated on top of the mountain but it is built into the mountain near the top. The only vehicle access to Helipuerto Kunka is helicopter.
Helipuerto Kunka often turns into a war zone because of frequent Black Hand attacks to the heliport.
11 NPCs spawn at the facility after capture:
- 7 Army of Chaos soldiers.
- 3 Scientists.
- 1 Civilian.
Location[]
Helipuerto Kunka is located in the northwestern region of Kunka around 1.4 kilometers northwest of Zona Dos and 2.5 kilometers northeast of Meteolab. The helipad is less than 200 meters away from the Kunka-Phuyu-Kuni border and this is the reason why a lot of the territory for Helipuerto Kunka lies in the Phuyu-Kuni region.
Vehicles/objects[]
- Spectre Attack Heli (spawns in, after being near or at the heliport for a few minutes).
- Huntsman SAM Launcher (spawns in, around the time the Spectre Attack Heli spawns in).
- Horizontal Fuel Tank.
- Transformer.
- Machine Gun.
- A/C Units on top of the large building and near the small one.
Completion[]
Trivia[]
- Some of the territory of Helipuerto Kunka overlaps the Delta Río Wanay region of Solís.
- The civilian at the heliport can be normally seen hitting golf balls off of the helipad on a patch of turf.
- The icon for the heliport is a settlement icon versus a Black Hand outpost icon. This is probably a developers mistake which can also be seen with Mercadito.
- It's sometimes mistaked for being in the Phuyu-Kuni region due to the proximity of the heliport to the border.
- Because of how close Helipuerto Kunka is to Zona Dos, it is affected by the rainstorm if you turn it on after completing Operation Thunderbarge.
