Hirkas is a region in Just Cause 4.
Description[]
Hirkas is a region in Solís. The only large town of the mountain area, Templo del Cielo, is located in this region. Nevertheless, hardly any houses can be found outside the town. This is why Templo del Cielo acts as a service area for anyone crossing the mountainous part of central Solís. Hirkas has a speculated population of 175.
Unlike most regions, this region does not have a region strike to capture this region, meaning this region can be captured simply after capturing an adjacent region (assuming there are enough available squads).
