Izzy is a character in Just Cause 4.

Personal info

She smokes, as seen in The Illapa Project when she's first met.

As revealed at the end of Operation Illapa, she's a vegetarian.

During the mission Rocanegra Shutdown, she is annoyed by the thought of a hug from Luis. This could either mean she thinks of Luis as weird or she wasn't in the mood for a hug.

Career

She is first heard during the first region strike (the one where Rico raids an old weapons factory), which is inseperable from Operation Whiteout.

She is first met at the beginning of the mission The Illapa Project, where Rico meets her at the top of a skyscraper at Quya. They then fly a helicopter to an Army of Chaos base. She talks a little more at the base to help Mira explain Project Illapa.

She calls Rico to give him instructions during several Sargento's sidemissions.

According to one of the loading screens: "Izzy has spent over ten years hacking Espinosa systems to pirate media, redistribute wealth and even alter criminal records."

Trivia

• She might just be the first known person in the Just Cause Universe who smokes. This is not completely sure though, as the writer is unsure. There are a number of people in JC4 who smoke, but she's probably the first named character to do so.
