Kampung Jelantur is a marketplace in Just Cause 2.
Description[]
The settlement is marked as a village, but there are no living quarters here. There are only Market pavilions here and some open warehouses, so this settlement should instead be defined as a marketplace. A propaganda trailer, guarded by Panau Military soldiers, can also be found here.
Inside the large roundabout, next to the village, are ancient Ular ruins with a well-kept religious building in the center.
The name means "Jelantur Village" in Malay.
Location[]
In the southern part of the West Tanah Raya, south-east of the Tanah Raya highway roundabout.
Completion[]
- 1 Propaganda Trailer.
- 3 Resource items:
- 1 Cash Stash.
- 1 Vehicle part.
- 1 Weapon part.
The following items are also present, but these do not count towards settlement completion. They only contribute towards the 100% completion:
- 5 resource items in the ruins area inside the roundabout.
- 1 Drug Drop.
Vehicles[]
- 1 MV V880 near the trailer.
- Normal traffic on the roads.
- Some civilian vehicles are parked near the entry to the ruins and temple.
Glitch[]
Reportedly there is a roundabout nearby the village where it's possible to see walking pants and floating shirts along with regular citizens. They function as normal civilians, so it's only a texture glitch.
