Kampung Perigi Hitam is an industrial settlement in Just Cause 2.

Description

The name means "Black wells village" in Malaysian. The supposed village is actually an industrial facility, having 4 oil cisterns, a few industrial buildings and an electrical substation to the east. The main building has some cement pipes. There's also a stack of containers here. Civilian workers can be seen at the facility.
