Kem Jalan Padang Luas is a military base in Just Cause 2.
Description[]
This is a large Panau Military Bio Fuel Shaft Base, located at the top of a mountain. It is divided into two parts, with half the base just to the north of the summit and half just to the south. A dirt road connects the two halves, but there is no road leading up the mountain. This means it is easiest to approach the base by helicopter, but be careful: it is well protected by 5 SAM sites. There is actually only one facility in Panau that has more SAMs than this, Pulau Berapi, with 6 SAMs.
There is a clear focus on fuel production/refining here - there is a Pipeline, a Bio Fuel Shaft and several Fuel Depots; however, since the base is so remote and difficult to reach and because of the lack of any vehicles, it is possibly an emergency station rather than a regular one.
Two boxes of missiles (Small Destructibles) spawn here.
The name means "Field Road Camp" in Malay.

It's in southern Selatan Archipelago and is the second most southerly military base in Panau. The most southerly is Kem General Yahya, which lies about 3km east of this base and is only about 30m further south (according to the PDA map).
