Kem Jurang Gurun is a military base in Just Cause 2.

Description

The name means "Camp Desert Gap" in Malay and Indonesian. It's a small base, but has 15 barrack buildings close to each-other.

Other than the location, the base is known for having 3 sets of Missiles, the rare Small Destructibles, that explode with relatively powerful force. Two sets are on the helicopter landing pad and another is in the middle of the base.

There's a well placed Minigun in the middle of the base. It's between unusually high stacks of sandbags and facing north, at the entrance.

Location

This base is at a relatively hidden location, between hills on it's northern side and a canyon on the southern side. There's a few large mountains to the south of the canyon.

The only access routs are a road in the north and the helicopter landing pad at the southern end of the base. The road leads north-west to a Gas Station.

No vehicles spawn here, but there is a Sivirkin 15 Havoc summoned as air support. In addition to that, Hamaya GSY650s and any Wilforce jeep may rarely show up from the main road.
