Kem Kapitan Luk Ya Sian is a military base in Just Cause 2.
Description[]
Kem Kapitan Luk Ya Sian is a Panauan military base in the Berawan Besar Mountains. The base is similar to many communications bases in the Mountains, but it does vary slightly. There are no roads leading to the base. The usual radars present are replaced with Guard Towers.
The base has a helipad and is only accessible via aircraft.
Strangely enough, while the base lacks any roads leading to/away from it, the base has four ground vehicles. It can be assumed that the vehicles serve for a quality-of-life purpose for the troops stationed here.
This is one of the few military bases with two SAMs instead of the usual one in most bases on the Berawan Besar Mountains. It also contains a Fuel Depot and one extra Generator and Broadcast Tower.
This base was probably named after some Panau Military captain called Luk Ya Sian.
Location[]
This base is located in the Berawan Besar Mountains, less than 1 kilometer southwest of the Gunung Gila Pangkat Facility. Also nearby is the race "Gunung Gila Pangkat Crossing".
Completion[]
Destroying the radio equipment would realistically render the facility useless to the Panauan war machine. The area will no longer be restricted after completion, except for the area around the Communications Outpost. Soldiers can still be found at the base, but only a few of them.
