Kem Komander Williamson is a military base in Just Cause 2.
Name[]
The base is likely named after a high ranking Panau Military officer. "Kem" is Malay for "camp" and "Komander" (Commander) "Williamson" would be who the base is named after. Thus the camp's name in English would be Camp Commander Williamson.
During the Vietnam War, Creighton Williams Abrams Jr, was a general for the US Army. Several vehicles in Just Cause were named after American military leaders.
Description[]
It's a medium sized base.
The base is similar to many other bases in the area and can be sorted as a Fuel Shaft base. Though this base has a helicopter landing pad, no helicopter spawns on it. In fact, there are no vehicles here at all. This is very odd, because the base is so difficult to get to and away from. If there would be any emergency (medical, or a fire in the fuel shaft), the soldiers would be trapped.
Many of the bases here could be grounded to produce ethanol of the plants in the rain forest or related bio fuels in their Fuel Shafts.
Strangely, there is a four barrel version of the Flak Cannon that is situated in a horrible position. It can only be used to attack soldiers and some SAM sites, and why there would be one here is unknown.

X:28860; Y:28080 in Selatan Archipelago, Panau. This base is in the mountainous part of the district, just below the top of the Tropical Peak, so it is most easily accessed by helicopter or plane.
Vehicle[]
No vehicles spawn at the base itself, but a UH-10 Chippewa will arrive as reinforcements when Rico reaches the bottom of the Bio Fuel Shaft for the first time. This Chippewa can be rotorless, weaponless, and/or armed with rockets.
