Kepulauan Selatan Delta is a Communications Outpost in Just Cause 2.
Description[]
It's a generic outpost with the usual stuff: a wooden barrack with a Medicine cabinet, a Communications Station and a helicopter landing pad, with a H-62 Quapaw.
Location[]
The outpost is located high on a mountain, on the same island as Gunung Rata. A Mobile Radar can be found to the east.
