Kuala Cherah is a village in Just Cause 2.
Description[]
The village in general is very small. It consists of a few small modern buildings; a dock and two ruined structures. There's a military checkpoint in the village.
Kuala Cherah has one claim to fame - it's the birthplace of Pandak "Baby" Panay.
People here spawn with the tourist model. It is probably a resort, however it is possible it is also a part of Pekan Kuil, a resort just across the water.
