Kuala Merah is a village in Just Cause 2.
Description[]
It's a pretty standard village, located in the middle of some fields. There are mostly low-standard wooden cabins and slum shacks here. There is only one road here, but it goes thru the whole village. The Panau Military presence is also pretty standard here, with a Propaganda Trailer accompanied by various soldiers.
This settlement is once mentioned in a news transmission from the Panau Broadcasting Company. "Riots" had appearantly been quashed here by the Panau Military. The riots mentioned cannot be anything other than faction members. The location is called a "southern city", while it's actually a village, located in the western part of Panau.
The name means "Red Cape" in Malaysian.
