Mendoza is a town in Just Cause 4.

Description[]
The in-game map description states "Like many small towns that have flourished due to the through-traffic, Mendoza has suffered thanks to the nearby highway."
The settlement is a really small town, only consisting of a few short apartment buildings and a gas station. Only two roads pass through this town, with one that goes through the town and another one that goes under the I-80 highway.

In the northern part of Vaivenes next to the I-80 highway, east of Ojo de la Pradera.
