Mina Rocanegra is a location in Just Cause 4.
Description[]
The in game map description states "This expansive mine, first discovered in the mid 19th century, still generates large amounts of petroleum for the Espetrol Company."
This base is actually built into a mine. Before the mission, a lot of Black Hand can be found here.
During the region strike that takes place here, the mine is sabotaged. See the mission article for more details.
