Mina Vendaval is a location in Just Cause 4.
Description[]
The in-game map description states "This mine is shielded from roaming tornadoes by a wall of wind cannons. A Black Hand garrison protects the wall from sabotage."
This place is a large mine that supplies the Espetrol company with oil. The mine is occupied by the Black Hand and seems to act as an additional base.
There's a large amount of industrial equipment scattered around. It also has some generators, so it seems to be producing its own electricity. The only pumpjacks in Solís are here.
As revealed during the mission Operation Windwalker, some tunnels in the surrounding mountains are used to contain Wind Cannons in order to control tornadoes.
Location[]
It's in the grasslands biome directly north-east of Aeropuerto Nueva Voz and south of Zona Tres.
Even though the tornado goes near the mine, there is no way to artificially change the course to go towards Nueva Voz. The nearest location where the tornado strikes is Brezos, west of Mina Vendaval.

Most of the listed Black Hand vehicles only appear during the mission Vendaval Lockout.

- Firebrand Scout Chopper. Some might spawn after the mission but that's just regular heat AI.

- Surveillance Airship. Some spawn during the mission. Another one spawns after Paso Ventoso is captured, but strangely it is counted as part of the completion for Brezos.

- Speed Stunt - Pass through the ring faster than 95 km/h in any vehicle.
- Airplane Stunt - Pass through the ring in an Ultralight. Unusually for a stunt of this type, there isn't one nearby, so one will have to order one from supply drop or fly one from an airport. Also unusually, this stunt is strangely far away from the mine.
- 2x Aerial Acrobatics Wingsuit Stunt - Wingsuit through all rings in less than 11 and 13 seconds. These don't contribute to the settlement completion, but do contribute toward 200% completion of the game.
Trivia[]
- This place is unique in the sense that no other place has 2 Aerial Acrobatic stunts. All other places with them only have one.
- During the takeover mission here, this is one of the few places where Surveillance Airships can be destroyed that are not spy airships.
