Pantai Kelapa Resort is a tourist settlement in Just Cause 2.
Description[]
This settlement is one of the largest resorts in Panau, covering a large area. When you first drive in to the resort, you will pass through a small residence area for poorer Panauans. It is possible that workers and maids for the resort live here. There is a large hotel building, identical to the one at Pekan Belalang. In the northeastern part of the resort, there are bungalows down at the shore, and some further up the hill. There are beach chairs and umbrellas at the shore and a small wooden dock.
"Pantai Kelepa" means "Palm Beach" in Malaysian and "Coconut Beach" in Indonesian. A lot of tourists can be seen here; most of them appear to be rich and foreign people.

- In-universe speculation: The settlement was most likely erected by Pandak "Baby" Panay, in an effort to make Panau a playground for rich foreign tourists.
