Pekan Kuala Kering is a settlement in Just Cause 2.
Description[]
The name means "Cape Cleaning Town" in Malaysian.
It is a tourist resort, but it is marked as a village. The entire settlement is located around a small bay. In the eastern part of the settlement, on a hill, there is a tiki bar built on a terasse, and also some sort of building which is too small for being a hotel, and may instead be where the tourists signs up for the resort. It may also be a shop here.
To the west, at the shore, there are at least 10 small tourist huts. This part is connected to the upper via a small dirt road, which in turn also leads to a nearby paved road. There's a wooden bridge over the small bay, leading to the most western part of the settlement, where two high-end bungalows can be found. In the most southern part of the resort, some other high-end bungalows can be found, higher up the slopes of the hill.
There is a flying wall just west of this village. It's some kind of a map design error.
History[]
The settlement was probably built during a program created by Pandak "Baby" Panay. This goal of this program was to make Panau a playground for rich foreign tourists and give glory to the islands. A massive amount of resorts or settlements were built during this time.

In the most north-western part of the Selatan Archipelago, south-west of Kampung Kepulauan Selatan.
