Perla Est is a town in Just Cause 3.
Description[]
Perla Est is a coastal resort town with sand beaches and mid-rise hotels on the beachfront. Along the main road is the shopping corridor. High rocky cliffs surround the town. The town has two Rebel drop garages, one for boats.
Respawning explosive items that don't contribute to completion include a gas station and several types of Small Destructibles at the police station and at the industrial area.
The in-game map description states: "Ancient art and architecture stand proudly in the shadow of apartment complexes. Luxury auto advertisements adorn tenements and sadistic soldiers debase once-venerated churches. The oil rig of Platteforma Costa Sud and the monastery of Sancte Galile can be held in sight at the same time. The small city of Perla Est is a quiet chaos of conflicting influences."

The rewards are two Rebel drop garages. One near a parking lot and the other built near the sea. While the one near the sea is obviously meant to make delivering a boat easier, the one further in-land can still do the same thing.
Vehicles[]
- News Chopper/Eubus Eagle. This is the only set vehicle spawn in the town, as all the other vehicles listed below are not guaranteed to spawn minus the vehicles in the police station.
- Civilian vehicles driving around on the streets. After liberation, Rebellion vehicles patrol the streets instead of Weimaraner W3s.
- In heat, any military vehicle ranging from Urga Szturm 63As to Urga Ogar 7 V8s to CS Navajos can show up. The Urga Szturm 63As that spawn at this town as defense get color changes once the town is liberated.
- Any civilian vehicle can also spawn parked at the three parking lots in this town.
- A few Citispeed Eco 75s can be seen driving around before and after liberation. One of them seems to have buggy code so that it drives into the sea.

Trivia[]
- According to the map description from Alte Potentia, the smog generated from the power plant has an effect on the air quality in Perla Est.
- Perla Est may have some connection to Nacre. "Nacre" means "pearl" in French and "Perla Est" means "east pearl" in Italian.
- This town is unique in Medici.
- This town is the only settlement of its kind to have two rebel drop garages. In this case, it is also one of five towns to have a garage built onto the coast as well.
- This town is the only other place where a News Chopper can spawn. While three are guaranteed to spawn in Citate Di Ravello, one might rarely spawn here as well.
- This town is one of five towns in Medici to have the Frigo Garage built onto the coast, the other four being Manaea, Colle Salrosa, Celata, and Nacre.
