Picos Nevados is a region in Just Cause 4.
Description[]
This mountainous region is as one can expect from a snowy region - difficult to navigate. There are roads, but there is a heavy Black Hand presence here until the region strike is done and the region is secured. Even after that, there's a chance a Black Hand tank will spawn to fight Army of Chaos.

In the mountains, slightly west of the center of Solís.
