Porto Cavo is a military port in Just Cause 3.
Description[]
It's a large military base, consisting of two parts: An above-ground area with an airport and a harbor built into the caves below. The above ground area has mostly communications equipment and the underground part of the base is home to many fuel tanks and Distillation towers.
In-game description: "The sprawling Porto Cavo naval base is the main dispatch of marine units across Medici's island chains. Its use of existing cave features offers a measure of protection from both aerial assault and surveillance, forcing would-be invaders to navigate the narrow, heavily-fortified waterway."
Location[]
The north-western area of Capite West, in the north of Insula Dracon. It's one of the largest, if not the largest base in Insula Dracon.
Completion[]
- 1 Antenna Tower.
- 2 Circuit Breakers.

- 4 Distillation Towers.
- 8 Fuel Tanks.
- 1 Long Range Radar.
- 3 Radar Spires.
- 2 Satellite Dishes.

Vehicles[]
As with every base, all the vehicles at this base are changed to Rebellion livery upon completion. However, there will be a Rebellion Custode 29 in use with the Medici Military after this base is liberated. That can be considered a glitch, but why wouldn't the military be able to recapture their vehicles? Three planes will spawn at the airfield, with any combination of CS7 Thunderhawks, Carmen Albatrosses, or U-7 Dravecs. This base is among the richest in terms of their vehicles.
- Carmen Albatross - After the base is liberated.
- Corvette.
- CS Comet.
- CS Navajo - Might not spawn all the time.
- CS Powerrun 77 - Two Rebellion versions also show up as rebel support during the takeover phase.
- CS7 Thunderhawk.
- Custode 29 - After the base is liberated, a Rebellion version in service with the Medici Military will always spawn here regardless of game completion.
- Stria Obrero.
- Urga Hrom D - 4 show up as military reinforcements.
- Urga Ogar 7 V8.
- Urga Postolka.
- Urga Hroch.
- U-7 Dravec.
