Promesas is a town in Just Cause 4.
Description[]
In-game description: "An industrial mining town built by the Espinosa petroleum monopoly known as Espetrol."
It is one of, if not the largest town in the desert. The town has multiple small industrial facilities, that seem to be oil drillers. The town is also covered by pipelines.
There are multiple billboards in the town, probably more than in any other town, except maybe the bigger cities. The town also has an Espetrol station and a small mechanics shop in the same colors.
The town has a speculated population of around 750-1000 inhabitants.

- 2x Speed Stunt - Pass through the ring faster than 80 km/h in any vehicle. Completing the one near the Car Trailer Truck unlocks it at supply drop.
