The Railgun Artillery (according to supply drop and simply Cannon according to HUD) is a weapon in Just Cause 4.
See RG-PBA 9 Railgun for its handheld counterpart.
Description[]
As the name states, it is a railgun, a weapon that uses electromagnetism to launch projectiles (usually solid projectiles, but in works of fiction, sometimes plasma).
It looks similar to the other four-legged mounted artillery. However, it has a "futuristic" sliver-grey barrel, that has lightning around the muzzle while being used. It comes in Black Hand and Army of Chaos faction colors.
Performance[]
Holding down the trigger charges the railgun. Releasing the trigger after charging will fire a projectile. When charging, blue electricity crackles around the barrel. The longer you charge, the more damage it deals. When fully charged, the railgun does a large amount of damage, almost triple the damage of a tank's cannon round, making it capable of destroying any armored vehicles in the game. Similarly to the other legged artillery pieces, the AA Guns and Mortars, they can be moved with the grappler.
