Rakyat is stationed at the Pekan Kesuma at X:21760; Y:30340. He can be challenging to kill, because of the glitches at the courtyard he is stationed in. See Pekan Kesuma for more details.
Trivia[]
- In both Malay and Indonesian, Rakyat translates into "people".
- Bolo Santosi also introduces herself as "the people", because she claims to be speaking for the people.
