Rojas is a character in Just Cause 4.
Not to be confused with the Rioja Cartel, a faction in Just Cause.
Description[]
Not much is known about him. He holds the rank of General in the Black Hand and is the commander of the Prospero Aeroespacial base.
When Rico takes over the base for the Army of Chaos, he will communicate over the intercom and state his only known line of dialogue: "This is Rojas. Prospero Aeroespacial is under enemy control. Withdrawing to safe distance before enabling cannon override."
Rico kills him when he is in a Fellhawk Jet Fighter, in which he shoots down Rojas' Fellhawk. You can hijack his jet fighter, but the game won't register pulling him out as completing the objective, meaning the jet fighter has to be destroyed.
Trivia[]
- General Rojas uses the character model of a standard elite. Judging by his rank and the fact that he's a rare high-profile enemy, a colonel character model would've made more sense.
