The Saas PP30 Ox is a vehicle in Just Cause 2.
Appearance[]
It's an armored truck that resembles the International Navistar 4700, a common bank security transport vehicle in the United States. In-universe, it resembles the Meister ATV 4.
It has an angular van-like body (the cabin and rear compartments are unified), with a hooded engine compartment. It's equipped with an odd armor panel at the front edge of the roof, that seems to protect the front windows from anything that could fall on the vehicle.
It can be seen in black, dark red, orange, dark blue, dark green, and greyish white color schemes. This is unusual considering other civilian trucks only spawn in dark red, dark blue, and dark green color schemes. In addition to the above civilian colors, it can appear in military beige and military green at various military bases.
Purpose[]
The Panau Military uses one in the mission "Jumping Parole" as a prisoner transporter.
This vehicle is available as both a military and civilian vehicle. It's unknown what the civilians might use it for, but the military version could be hauling weapons, ammunition, and even act as prisoner transport (as mentioned in the above paragraph), as most nations have very high safety and anti-theft regulations for that purpose. Civilian usage might use it as some kind of armored vehicle to store money or basically anything important within.
Performance[]
The PP30 has good acceleration, decent handling, but bad brakes. Given, it is an armored vehicle with an armor rating of 75. The armor and strength of this vehicle are tremendous, being able to withstand a lot of damage dealt by ramming and gunshots. Due to its weight, driving downhill makes it quickly accelerate and ram almost anything in the way. However, it can not turn very well at high speeds so it will quickly go off-road if the road is not straight. Its normal ramming ability is also good.

- In traffic, all over Panau.
- The Reaper faction mission "Jumping Parole" has a Reapers hit-man called Saul Sukarno being driven to his execution in one of these. It must be hijacked for the mission and may optionally be used to complete the mission with a long road trip.
- The Ular faction mission "Shakedown" is about destroying a convoy of 3 Saas PP30 Oxs. Each one has a passenger with a Submachine Gun and a driver. These 6 soldiers are the only character models of their kind.
- Some Military bases in Panau have this truck, most of the time in either the colors of the environment (green or beige).
- In front of Colonel Lee Seng Sen's mansion (X:6590; Y:25700) at the Lembah Cerah village. Can spawn in multiple colors. Oddly, green-marked.
- Kampung Batu Tiga. Desert camouflage. Red-marked.
- Kem Sungai Sejuk. Forest camouflage. Red-marked.
- Kem Udara Wau Pantas. Can spawn in multiple colors. Red-marked.

- It is made by the fictional Saas company.
- This vehicle succeeds the Meister ATV 4 from Just Cause, while the Stadt Tresor ST 8530 from Just Cause 3 and Forzudo Armored Van from Just Cause 4 succeed this vehicle.
