Quote from the PDA: "Colonel Saravanan is one of the most celebrated colonels in Panau's army. His men are immaculately disciplined and deadly - his secret, some say, is that he has the intelligence of a five year old."
The PDA does not lie. He should be one of the easiest and most ammunition-efficient colonels to kill, thanks to his unwisely chosen post. Even the lone red barrel can be used against him. The barrel explodes from a single bullet and causes quite a bit of harm.
