The Shimuzu Freerunner is an ATV in Just Cause 2.
Description[]
This four wheeler is a UTV, made by the Shimuzu company.
It's the type of ATV that's meant for work-related uses, such as but not limited to farming. It's not as fast as sports ATVs, but it can tow heavier objects. It has 2 cargo racks on front and back which are never seen in use.
It can be seen in black, dark red, orange, dark blue, dark green, and a grey-ish color. It probably can come in any combination of colors.
Performance[]
It's a bit slower than the Shimuzu Tracline, but does just as well off-road. The headlights get blown out easily and its body gets damaged easily on impact. Real ATVs like this have 4 wheel drive, but oddly it only has rear wheel drive. Its noticeably more stable in terms of handling than its faster counterpart, the Tracline.
This ATV can explode if it lands upside down, occasionally the player will become stuck under the ATV, killing the player in the explosion. These kind of accidents are actually a very real danger for real ATVs, though real ones don't explode.
Locations[]
- In traffic in most areas of Panau.
Trivia[]
- It could be seen as a successor to the Fukuda Buckskin Trapper from Just Cause and the predecessor to the Autostraad Kletterer 300 from Just Cause 3.
