"Colonel Sulung was born in the village that he now protects - Bandar Pekan Lama. He has made sure that the rice paddies surrounding it are not used for illegal purposes and he has succeeded in keeping gang presence in the village to a minimum so far. He is hailed as a hero by the villagers."

Trivia[]
- Sulung means "oldest" in Indonesian.
- Sulung is also the name of a language of the Kho-Bwa cluster, a branch of the Tibeto-Burman language family, spoken by an estimated several thousand people in the inaccessible upper reaches of the Par river in the northeastern Arunachal Pradesh.
- The fact that he is a hero shows the diversity of Panauan colonels, with some outright evil and this man being a fairly benevolent one to civilians (presumably) but, like all colonels, hostile to factions and Rico.
- He is in a very open area, so if you want to kill him, you can equip a Rocket Launcher or even get a large vehicle and run him over.
