I hope they fix the civilians in Just Cause 3. It's so annoying that in Panau they're all so short and thin and extremely cowardly. The San Esperito civilians are total badasses in comparison (just read their quotes). I thought I was gonna get my ass kicked when I first saw a civilian run to my car, after I dented his car. Not in a Just Cause. Just Causes normally have nice people. The people in GTAs are normally provocative assholes, so I used to in some of those. GMRE (talk) 18:23, 21 December 2020 (UTC)
