...he's a gambling addict and that he spends most of his time at the Panau Falls Casino. What's the source of that info? It doesn't sound logical. The Panau Falls Casino was created for rich foreigners. He doesn't look like one to me. If he likes gambling then I'd speculate that he spends more time at the Gambling Den, where he got in trouble for debts.
