I found one on xbox360.

- I also found one on 360 just now. Luckily I was keeping my eyes open for it during main gameplay after hearing it was rare. I found it just Northeast of the westernmost port in the desert - Port Gurun Lautan Lama - at the intersection with the gas station (X:3198 Y:22462). 1pm in-game time.
