Tanah Raya Timur Kappa is a communications outpost in Just Cause 2.
Description[]
The outpost is mostly generic, but unlike most outposts, which are usually located in the middle of dense forests, this one is located on the edge of a forest, next to some plains. Most of the stuff here is standard equipment, but there's a minigun on top of the communications station.
A dirt road connects the outpost to the Panauan road system, so no helipad is needed here. Strangely, there's still a H-62 Quapaw here. This is one of the few Communication Outposts to have an MV V880, which makes for a good getaway vehicle if needed.
