    Medici Police Department Windhund 4

    Medici Police Department Stria Switzo

    Medici Police Department CS Comet

A riot version of the Stadt-Tresor ST 8530 complete with a water cannon. In Medici Police Department colors.

Also,  Kerner Serpente Droptop. Basically a Serpente convertible.

And the Vaultier Motorcade - a Ford Escort/Mondeo-style 90s diesel wagon, also as an ex-cop car.

And the Titus Scorpion - a TVR Sagaris front/Aston Martin V12 Zagato rear British sports car. Oversteer-prone, with a 5.0 V8 up front and RWD.

    • How about (for the lolz) a convertible Stria Infimo S with its roof down and a racing body kit that includes an air intake on the hood, a spoiler, plastic parts to reduce the gaps under the car and bigger exhaust pipes on both sides. It should be quite a bit faster, rear wheel drive and powerful enough for Drifting on asphalt, but obviously a Lada is still a Lada. :D

So story-wise we should be seeing proper police cars and a normal police after the storyline is complete. But by that point in time the Rebellion would also have to be disbanded and outlawed in the name of stability.

In reality a lot of nations have had revolutions to overthrow a dictator, only for the well armed paramilitary rebels to set up a new military dictatorship of their own. If The Rebellion doesn't arrange an election for a new government and refuses to disband after the new government becomes official, then they will have become the next military dictatorship.

        Loading editor
    • Wouldn't Rosa Manuela become President of Medici after Di Ravello falls? And besides, The Rebellion could just become the new Medici Military (except a good one)

EDIT: Look at ISIS. They control territory in Iraq and Libya. Didn't those two countries have dictators that were violently deposed? Now its a power struggle

        Loading editor
    • So much time has passed since Rosas election and the election documents were probably all destroyed and forged by Di Ravello that they would need to have a new election to clear that up. And it's not just for a new president. Di Ravellos rule was all military-based. During his time there was no civilian government. The rebellion could be reformed into the new official military, but that's again something for the new civilian government to decide. If they refuse to disband and make demands of their own, it's still called a dictatorship.

Of course The Rebellion would have to stick around until the day that a new official military and/or police force takes over (even if they themselves would become official that day). Otherwise yeah, some armed faction could pop up and seize some territories, claiming to be a new nation.

You know how Rebellion aircraft have sky camouflage and the roundel of the bull? But the ground vehicles seem to be resprayed Medici Military vehicles? The main thing I want for new vehicles is to see a brand-new Medici Military created from the Rebellion, using the official roundel-camo design. The D.R.M. would in fact be disbanded and a new Medici Police Department would be created, allowing there to be a new democratic Medici Military (Once the Rebellion) and a new Medici Police Department.

That's what I want, new vehicles for the Rebellion's Medici Military, and the new police department. I'm even going to make some concept art for these vehicles in a video game called APB: Reloaded soon.

Off topic: I plan to make a ton of fanart and concept art using APB: Reloaded in the near future. I'm going to have a section on my profile for it.

At some point soon I'm going to create some concept art for new Rebellion/Medici Police Department vehicles for the post-Di Ravello Medici. Also I can't remember that Chinese vehicle. I've seen it before.

Also I kind of had the idea that maybe the Rebellion's sky-camouflage was more of just their own livery and not actually serving the camouflage purpose. The Imperator Bavarium Tank has it. Perhaps they could have camouflage for all three main environment types (Snow, Forest, and Desert) on top of the usual cyan for wherever else.

Idea: If Rico teaches the Rebellion to become masters at airdropping things, they'd constantly use the camouflaged U41 Ptakojester to drop vehicles out of the sky into combat zones.

Also, the Rebellion's camouflage only works on clear sunny days.

        Loading editor
    • I'd make them use real camouflage colors. Like forest colors at some bases and soil colors near the mines and sky colors for planes.

Real military planes in some countries still use blue bottoms and green tops, but other nations (like u.s.) have completely given that up, because it's not like camouflage could actually benefit a jet. Also, I'm pretty sure plane camouflage has only ever been effective for a green plane on the ground, but even then only very rarely, because planes at airports are very easy to spot from the air.

        Loading editor
    • Well in the U.S. there have been projects which are continuing to pull them even deeper into debt like the Super Stallion (or whatever name the Urga Hrom D is based off of) but jets wise they still retain a silver camo (at least from what I've noticed)

Plane camouflage is really not very helpful because even if green planes were camouflaged, their silhouette could still be spotted on the ground

But then again, this is starting to become more often now

    • @Anonymous230385 The reason why plane camouflage is useless is that you can't shoot down a jet with a weapon you'd aim manually. All modern AA weapons (that are effective again st jets) use radar guidance, or infra red. And it's not like enemy ground units could ever get to your airport (unless it's WW3).

I've played all three Modern Warfare games, Ghosts, Advanced Warfare, and I have all three Black Ops games. I like them all.

I just like science fiction over other fiction because of the huge magnificent worlds it allows, anywhere from spacecraft to planets to whole galaxies. Fantasy fiction like the Elder Scrolls is fine, but it seems more limited to a single planet. Science fiction like Warhammer 40k, Halo, or Star Wars however, have many different planets, plus different races.

Also I love science fiction even if it takes place on a single planet (Like Advanced Warfare or Command and Conquer,) but science-fiction just allows the most outrageous or amazing things you can think of.

Imagine a whole fleet of stationary vehicles that attack you if you get too close and you can go underwater and fight divers/submarine vehicles, or stay on the surface and fight the ship's defenses and patrol boats and essentially have a naval battle.

I did that once when I attacked an oil rig with a Corvette. It was awesome.

    • Ideally, they shouldn't all be stationary. It shouldn't be too difficult to make a large object move. It could move relatively slowly so nothing would fall off. Or they could be stationary, but they could spawn at different places each time the game is loaded, to give the impression of motion.

        Loading editor
    • A lot of those have already been mentioned above. If those aren't enough, I can list a few more when I'll get some good ideas.

Like for example, a motorcycle with a sidecar and an MG on the sidecar. This would be a common pursuit vehicle.

        Loading editor
    • So how about a:

      • San Esperitian Taxi, converted to a technical.
      • 155mm SpGH Zuzana with the 8-wheeled carriage. Imagine yourself cruising around in the Insula Striate countryside. Suddenly you spot a base in the distance. A number of shots later the base is all blown up and you don't even have heat, unless an enemy unit was close enough to see you at any point.
      • A police Stadt-Tresor ST 8530 (I know it's a popular demand and already mentioned):
        • One would just have police badges and sirens on it and would probably only be parked at a few police stations and prisons. Maybe it could also be seen at some mission cut-scene?
        • The other would also be parked at some police stations, but it would be weaponized with unique weapons like a small turret that shoots a powerful stream of water (this would blow over any infantry and destroy most types of drones. Another weapon could be tear-gas grenades that would disable enemies at certain ranges until the cloud dissipates. Rico would also be in discomfort and unable to use weapons, if the player would enter the cloud.
      • More versions of the '63 Autostraad Weltbus:
        • eDEN Corporation version with their logos. This would work just like a usual vehicle. It would be available at a few hangars on Insula Lacrima.
        • Medici Police Department version. Just like other emergency vehicles, it should obviously have functioning lights and a siren. It would be the rarest police vehicle and it would only be available at a hidden corner of the Citate Di Ravello police station.
        Loading editor
    • YES OF COURSE

      EDEN CORPORATION VEHICLES

HOW DID I NOT THINK OF THAT

Uh, I'm thinking they'd use the Autostraad D700 Autostraad D90 as their main security vehicles. Maybe also the Stadt-Tresor ST 8530.

Also a self-propelled gun would in fact be amazing, even though the tanks already in the game have incredible range.

I once destroyed all the Broadcast Towers in Corda Dracon: Centcom with an Urga Bkolos 2100...from the Petra province.

I don't know the exact number but it might have been around a kilometer away.

    • With the eDEN vehicles you have to keep in mind that they disappeared in 1992. They can't have modern vehicles. In addition to that, their vehicles have to be hidden at garages to be protected from the decades of decay. The Medici Police Department disappeared only half that long ago and look at their vehicles.

So maybe there should be an eDEN Scando 700 Sedan?

EDIT: I know! They should have a "MacNamara Light Cargo IIB", which would be a civilian version of the MacNamara Emergency III. It would differ from the ambulance by having... Then again, that's a 1950s car, so it would be pretty out of place at a technologically advanced corporation.

EDIT 2: So how about an eDEN-marked "Vaultier ALEV" (basic version of the famous Vaultier ALEV Patrol Special)? It would differ by not having the roll-cage and it would have a smooth hood/bonnet. It should be hidden inside an open-ended shipping container at the Unnamed port at N 40 52.250 E 5 35.700. The container should be inside one of the hangars and its open end should also be pointing at other containers, or the wall, for maximum hiding.

You know what would be interesting? I just thought of this: A Reinforcements system. You can call in all kinds of Rebellion support, and fight the Medici Military alongside tanks, APCs, IMVs, ships, air support, etc. Additionally you could also call in character NPCs to help you fight, like Tom Sheldon. A bit like Saint's Row's Homie system. Imagine clearing out a base with the assistance of Mario, rather than just in missions.

        Loading editor
    • Mario would need someone to babysit him at all time. And you could already call the rebel mech and the rebel drone.

    • GMRE wrote: Mario would need someone to babysit him at all time. And you could already call the rebel mech and the rebel drone.

I know there's already the mech and drone but what if you wanted all kinds of different support? What if you dumped your five beacons into rebel support and had a small army with you? Two Urga Bkolos 2100 tanks, two infantry squads, one CS Baltdjur?

I grew up on strategy games and it keeps seeping into everything else.

        Loading editor
    • In a proper 3D game that type of situations can only exist in 2 ways that I've ever seen:

      • Each allied unit will have a health bar and babysitting them is such a nuisance that you'll be missing the good old Just Cause 2 one man army way of base conquest. Like how JC3 storyline missions did it, where Mario and Teo and co' had health bars.
      • The allied units are oblivious to you and are only technically allies. Like the town and city liberations in JC1 have major battles with lots of all types of weapons and vehicles and then Rico still ends up doing all the actual work.

Seems like Mercedes has, with the W204 C63 AMG.

      And some suggestions:

      - Autostraad D90 Stadt-Tresor Spezialauto - a slightly longer wheelbase D90 wagon with rear-facing third seat row. Has top-grade (anti-assault rifle) armor, an openable rear window for the 3rd row gunners, a hidden hatch in the roof for the 2nd row gunners, a 5.0 V10 turbodiesel, run-flat tires, AWD and pneumatic suspension. Is in 4 variants: Special Force (Medician special forces car, blacked-out), Mafia (like the Special Force, but the car is standard white and the roof is made of bulletproof glass, yet still has a hidden hatch), Rebellion (a Special Force variant in Rebellion colors) and Undercover (a version that looks as much like a normal D90 wagon as possible, for carrying valuables).

      - Autostraad D90 Touring - a wagon version of the D90, with a rear-facing 3rd seat row. Has a taxi variant.

      - Yagiza Sombre RXi - a Japanese performance car, based on the 2008-2014 Subaru Impreza WRX STi, with a 2008-2014 Lexus IS F front and 2008-2014 Mitsubishi Lancer Evo X taillights. Has a "Pursuit Special" police variant.

      Back on topic:

I came up with this Idea of a Corvette that was a join venture between Chevalier, and a Swedish ship builder that built the JC Universe equivalent of a Visby Corvette, and was refined by Artemovimento, a design bureau like Pininfarina. It turns out with a Corvette C7 centre, and a heavily Ferrari F12tdf inspired rear, hood designs similar to a LaFerrari. The headlights are the C7's, except longer, and poking out a bit more. It has a mainly Koengsegg Regera inspired front end, and a bit of C7 in there to smoothen it out. There are little vents on the rear taken from the F12tdf, and it will have big side vents inspired by the LaF and Regera, and an autmatic rear wing. The rear splitter is inspired by the Lamborghini Centenario's but much smaller. Also from the Cent', are the side lips, except carbon (A lot of the features on the car are raw carbon, the rest is painted light grey.). Lastly it has some perfectly crafted Ferrari inspired star shaped wheels- carbon too.

The engine of choice is a supercharged V10.

All of this has been refined by Atremovimento, to make a smooth, sleek beautiful, and most importantly, quick hypercar.

Sort of like as if the eDEN Airship would be slowly cruising around, or if passenger ships would occasionally spawn at the horizon and move about to give the impression of a shipping route. Or if a large military ship would show up as a scripted event and park somewhere.

The trouble with large moving objects in games is that if they're programmed like vehicles, they'll have few interactable thingies and would be entirely blown up once their health is low enough. And if you want them to have lots of stuff and be fun, they have to be stationary and programmed like buildings, like the airship. I'm completely sure that it would be possible to make something like that move slowly, but that's kind of the thing: slowly. Otherwise the loose items on them would easily slide off.

It would also be acceptable if the large ship would spawn at a different part of the map each time you load the game, to create the illusion if movement.

And it has so few range that it's worthless. To actually kill anyone with it, you have to drive along a sidewalk, but burning to death takes so long that anyone set on fire gets instantly put out of their misery by being run over. And the handling: Don't even get me started, man. It feels like it's full of bricks. Slow to turn and even tanks can out accelerate it.

Well it does shoot missiles faster, but unlike Chimaera, they are not homing missiles, and it does not engage multiple targets at once like Chimaera did. The closest thing to that chopper in terms of firepower as I said is Loochador; I can even suggest it does use the same missile systems (since they are custom-rigged to a boat).

Urga Mstitel is a fine chopper, sure. It's fast, agile/maneuvrable and has long lasting shields, however I believe that the range of the missiles is once again nearly a one third of original JC1 game (they simply drop to ground in about half a mile or so).

Also, I believe Delta MAH-15 Chimaera would be a good American counterpart to Mstitel; as the last one is a rip-off of the Kamov Ka-50/52, Chimaera is based on the RAH Comanche, a supposed "stealth" helicopter. For balancing purpuses I imagine JC4 helicopter stats like this: Mstitel has shields and more armor, and fires "dumb" missile spam; Chimaera has no shields and less armored, but packs as much firepower as Loochador (multiple homing fast missile burst), is a bit faster and has stealth properties (eg immune to homing missiles)

    • Here's some more suggestions

      MEDIUM TIER

Capstone Idaho - a sucessor to the Armadillo MV and URGA Stzurm 63A, it's an American MRAP vehicle armed with automatic, 5.56 caliber minigun. No more need for additional crew member to mount the turret! It's pretty durable, too.

Delta AH17 Trickster - a lightly armed and armored, it's a sucessor of Boxhead , and fills the role of a massive, but seriously outdated, slow and non-maneuvrable Postolka (seriously, this helo almost useless in JC3). Trickster on the other hand is very speedy, agile and cheap (which means almost instant in-game timer for drop) light attack chopper armed with dual miniguns. Best for flanking maneuvers and air stunts.

URGA Shakal ("Jackal") - a light "tank" (actualy, an IFV), filling the role of similar vehicles like Harland and URGA Bkolos. It's afast tracked vehicle with little armor but devastating 100-mm cannon and 30-mm machine gun. A glass cannon and a fragile speedster combined is what that is.

Delta UV27 Galactor - a powerhorse of the USMC in the XXI Century, Galactor is a jet-powered VTOL craft  then can lift almost triple it's own weight. Fast, durable and powerful. Best for "commando time" of local dictators, airlifting tanks and tethering heads of deliquent tyrant statues.

URGA Dingo ("Dingo", duh) - a NOTAR transport helicopter that fills the role of HH22 Savior or Capstone Comet, but is relatively faster. It's lightly armored and may either be unarmed, or fitted with single .50-cal machinegun. Can transport troops and provide sniper support.

      HIGH TIER

URGA Giena ("Hyena") - a main attack chopper, similar to either Screemer or Navajo , it's a Russian helicopter armed with various missiles , as simple as that. Moderately durable, moderatly agile and moderately armored. Cheap and mass-produced, it's a best choice for dictators who want a big air armada, but the budget of their micro-nation does not alow buying hundreds of Mstitels or Chimaeras.

Capstone Fulda - a main battle tank, exceptionally well armored and armed with 120-mm turret and dual high-caliber machinegun turrets. While lacking protective shields of any sort, it is durable enough to withstand few hits of other tanks or dozens of RPGs. Relatively expensive, it's pretty advanced in design .

Rage-Jhonston F7 Skyshield - a fighter-blomber, taking the role of U7 Dravec. While being cutting edge of it's own era, today it's (by JC Universe standarts) amoderately outdated, 4th generation  fighter craft which serves many armies around the world. Able to precision bomb ground targets and has homing missiles.

      TOP TIER

URGA Mstitel-M ("Modernized Avenger") - thought the original Mstitel was deadly enough? Say hello to this beast, which Bavarium shields were further upgraded by Russian top scientists, machine guns replaced with 30-mm autocannons and the "physical" armor replaced with nano-composite polymeric alloys, making this helicopter a flying tank as it is. However, the upgrade made Msitel-M considerably bulkier and therefore slower, and it still fires dumb missiles, as Russian Federation prefers firepower over precision.

Delta MAH15 Chimaera (Bloc II) - first being introduced in battles over skies of San Esperito, it is a United States main, multirole assault helicopter (like Apache in Real life) with unrivaled, almost jet-like speed, maneuvrability and best missile complexes available. While entering full production, Bloc II Chimaera was upgraded to full potential of it's stealth capabilities, making most SAMs useless against this monster. While lacking Bavarium shielding, it makes up with it's long-range, simultaniously launching homing missiles, effectively being "Loochador of the skies".

URGA Buran ("Firestorm") - american Chimaeras might dominate the skies, but on the ground level it's all comes down to biggest tanks and artillery - and Buran is BOTH. Armed with 152-mm cannon and anti-air homing missiles, as well as gravity repulsor on it's front and long-phased bavarium shielding, this Russian next-generation tank is almost unstoppable. Almost.

Rage-Jhonston F33 Tigerclaw - when it comes to air superiority, american industries are unrivaled for the last half a century. This top of the line fighter jet has no opponents in the skies or on the ground; protected with bavarium shields (thanks, Sheldon!), exremely maneuvrable and armed with multi-launching, homing EMP misiles, it can annihilate any vehicle, bavarium shields or not. And it is stealthy, so SAMs are useless. Complete and utter overkill. Just what we like!
