Tom Gunawan is a character in Just Cause 2.
Personal history[]
Tom Gunawan is a businessman and millionaire.
Tom moved to the island when Pandak "Baby" Panay made Panau a playground for tourists and foreign millionaires. He built a large mansion and brought his prized race car to the island.
Recent events[]

When Panau fell into rebellion he helped the Panau Military fight the rebels, to maintain his social position. He especially hates the Ular Boys. Mainly because he is foreign, wealthy and pro-military and the Ulars hate foreigners, they're minimalist and anti-military.
Rico hijacks his Garret Traver-Z during the mission "Taking Candy From a Millionaire". Whether Rico decides to leave him there or get out and kill him is up to him.

- If you repeatedly restart from checkpoint and hijack his car, if you get out and kill him, he can be equipped with any weapon minus a Grenade Launcher, Rocket Launcher, or Sniper Rifle.
