This article is about a skyscraper and notable building in Just Cause 2.
Description[]
The skyscraper, at a height of 447 meters at the red light pillar, is the second-highest in Panau City and the third highest in Panau, after the PBC Tower and Burj Panau. It's located just outside the central park in the Financial District, next to another, slightly shorter skyscraper. Between the two buildings, a small square with a water pool with a Pandak "Baby" Panay Statue can be found.
As also mentioned by Sri Irawan, this is one of the largest skyscrapers in Panau. It belongs to an unknown company. The tower itself has an unusual oval shape and is one of the few buildings in the city that is unique, unlike most other city buildings, as their designs were used by the developers several times. At the bottom of the tower, there are a couple of small shops and also a sign with moving text, in an Asian script language. Close to the top, there's an open area with some doors which can't be opened. This area is filled with miscellaneous items during the featured mission.
Missions[]
During the mission "Above the Law", a Ular hacker is stationed here to transmit some data from the company owning the skyscraper via a government satellite dish. The location is usually empty but is now filled with objects, such as the dish itself and a lot of barricades. A UH-10 Chippewa also spawns on the roof that can be used for taking out the approaching hostile helicopters attacking the hacker. This chopper does not otherwise spawn there normally.
