Vigía Qhapaq is a military outpost in Just Cause 4.
Description[]
In-game description: "A Black Hand outpost tasked with maintaining peace throughout Qhapaq."
The outpost consists of two big concrete buildings and one additional metal helicopter landing pad that acts as a shelters for the items stored under it. Chaos objects include 6 fuel silos, 2 small masts and 3 dish-type radars.
This outpost is captured by the Army of Chaos some time before the events of The Illapa Project and used as a command post. The interior of the outpost is seen during the mission. The one visited room is dimly lit, has a big map on a wall and has laptop-type computers on a table.

In central Tierra del Qhapaq, on top of a mountain. A dirt road leads here.
